05 / About

Three decades of doing it right

We started in June 1994 as Rico’s General Construction, a mechanical and structural welding shop building and repairing fuel storage tanks, fuel lines and fire protection systems. Over the years we added power plant process piping, tank construction, exhaust system design, HVAC, and sandblasting and coatings.

In July 2024 we became RDE Mechanical Solutions Inc. It’s more than a new name. We’re now a full-scale corporation, built to take on the increasingly complex mechanical and industrial needs of Guam and the Pacific.

Our motto is simple: Make it happen. Tanks and pipelines are where we built our name. As a general contractor, we bring the same problem-solving to buildings, site work and new markets, always looking for the best solution for the job.
